Located on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach in Pompano Beach, day guests can enjoy all the same amenities as hotel guests with their Beachcomber Day Pass.
Our daughter Rene enjoyed celebrating our granddaughter’s 16th birthday with her friends at Beachcomber Resort and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. She rented a large cabana so they could relax, enjoy the sun and take a shady break when needed. They enjoyed the pool and the beach, and various snacks and meals, making it a very special day.
Rene Commented: “The Beachcomber has a very chic SOBE vibe. I felt like I was in Miami for the day. We enjoyed coffee and smoothies from the lobby bar with an elegant and intimate setting. Later, we basked in the sun on the hotel’s private beach with chairs and umbrellas as we overlooked the Ocean; it felt like our own private moment. Lunchtime came calling so we went back to our cabana and had a delicious lunch of lobster quesadillas, fish and chips, and a blackened mahi sandwich. Then we relaxed and cooled off in the pool. It was a great way to celebrate my daughter Gianna’s special day with her friends.”
The day pass provides access to the resort’s two pools and private beach with a first come first-served access to chairs and umbrellas located at both the pool deck and beach. The hotel will also provide food and beverage service on the pool deck and beach, or you can also choose to relax at the hotel’s outdoor restaurant, Deep Oceanfront Dining & Bar. The menu is quite extensive and features Ceviche, Bahamian Conch Salad and Conch Chowder in addition to flatbreads, dips, as appetizers. The lunch menu also features a large selection of salads to choose from in addition to dishes like a Mahi Mahi sandwich, burgers, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and numerous other items.
Adults pay $45 for the day pass and have access to the hotel’s Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, hotel showers located by the pool deck and one pool towel per guest. Children’s day pass prices vary based on day and age.
If you prefer the luxury of a cabana, they offer two sizes of pool cabana rentals. The small cabana has a maximum capacity of six guests and the large cabana accommodates a maximum of ten guests. Cabanas are available from 8 AM to dusk. Cabana rentals include premium food and beverage service, one complimentary day pass, private television, partial air conditioning and the same features as the day pass.
