Summer Was Served This June At Arc Culinary’s Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen

South Florida’s dining scene heated up this June with two Chef Experience Dinners at Arc Culinary’s Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen in Sunrise.

The four-course menu on June 6 featured a Korean BBQ Burger with bulgogi-glazed beef, kimchi slaw and gochujang aioli on a sesame milk bun with a side of sesame fries and pickled cucumbers; a flavorful umami burger with house ground short rib, mushroom duxelles, Gruyère cheese and truffle aioli on butter toasted brioche and truffle fries on the side; a steakhouse burger topped with caramelized onions, black garlic aiolo, blue cheese and arugula on an onion roll served with classic fries and a mini wedge salad; followed by a delicious dessert to close out the meal.

The four-course menu on June 18 featured Florida blue crab with avocado, ruby red grapefruit, hearts of palm and key lime vinaigrette; pan-seared Florida snapper served with sweet corn puree, blistered cherry tomatoes and lemon-basil nage; grilled filet mignon paired with key-lime chimichurri, roasted summer peppers, shaved fennel and arugula salad; and a sweet treat to end the night.
